The Professional Storytelling Organisational Programme - A Flagship Programme for Leadership and Career Development - Success Story, Failure Story, Passion Story - Powerful Beginnings, Engaging Middles, Memorable Endings - Professional Storytelling Programme Facilitator Guide - Participant Workbook Story Development - School of WorkLife - Your Learning Partner

Overview

The Professional Storytelling Organisational Programme is a three-day, facilitated learning experience designed for organisations that want to strengthen professional communication, leadership presence, and career development conversations.

The programme helps professionals craft and communicate their three fundamental work stories — their Success, Failure, and Passion narratives — and apply them with clarity and authenticity across leadership, presentation, and stakeholder contexts.

Beyond identifying these core experiences, participants learn how to shape them into compelling professional narratives using structured frameworks for powerful beginnings, engaging middles, and memorable endings. The programme works directly with each individual’s real professional experiences, creating rich, authentic stories that reflect their character, values, and professional style.

This programme has been developed and is now being introduced through selected organisational partnerships.
